By performing lipotransfer to the buttocks we inject fat from the same patient into the buttock area. The advantage is that fat can be taken from other areas, such as the back, abdomen, waist, or other areas that lack fat, to later inject it in the buttock area, giving volume and a harmonious contour to the buttock region.
